She attended Vanderbilt University and The University of Alabama, receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama. Cynthia also received her law degree from The University of Alabama School of Law.

A Tuscaloosa native and graduate of Holt High School, Chelsea has worked in the legal and title industries for more than a decade and has been part of Cynthia Lee Almond’s team since 2013. As Business & Marketing Manager at Capitol Park Title, she brings extensive industry experience to her role. Chelsea is also actively involved in the community. She currently serves on the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama Board as President of Young Tuscaloosa and serves on the Board of Directors for UCP of West Alabama. She values the relationships she has built throughout her career and enjoys finding ways to connect her professional experience with her commitment to the Tuscaloosa community.
Melita is a Tuscaloosa native, attended Holt High School and received her undergraduate degree in Finance from The University of Alabama. Melita has over 20 years of experience in the title business. She began her title career with Title Services of Tuscaloosa, Inc. She later worked with Accufirst Title Services and now serves as Title Manager of Capitol Park Title.

Hailing from the heart of Texas, Eva Sweet brings decades of legal experience to her role as Closing Processor. She served as a paralegal for Donald, Randall and Donald from 1996 to 2021 before joining Almond Attorneys as the firm’s bookkeeper in 2021. She has since transitioned to the title company, where she coordinates files, prepares documents and helps guide transactions smoothly from contract to closing. Outside of work, Eva’s greatest joy is being a grandmother. She brings dedication, warmth and a great sense of humor to both her professional and personal life.
