So, what is "title insurance?" When you buy title insurance for your property, a title company searches public records to find and fix, if possible, any ownership issues.
Even the most skilled title insurance professionals may fail to identify an issue in the records, so they provide title insurance to you, just in case an issue arises later in your ownership.
SO, WHAT IS TITLE
INSURANCE?
